Our team is seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Specialist to join our analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and customer lifecycle management, with experience in segmentation, acquisition, growth, retention, and promotion effectiveness.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining large datasets for analysis
- Applying statistical techniques such as t-tests, ANOVA, and variable reduction methods like Factor Analysis and PCA
- Using predictive modeling techniques including logistic regression and linear regression
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Statistics from a reputable institution
