About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across various functions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to enhance strategic decision making through facts and data
  • Diagnose strategic gaps and opportunities within operations and identify corrective actions
  • Design and implement data-driven infrastructure, including system configuration and BI platforms
  • Drive productivity enhancements through technology solutions
  • Influence decision-making processes and provide fact-based thought partnership to functional leaders
  • Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analysis questions to assess business health
  • Minimize non-essential efforts through automation and process simplification
  • Lead special projects and build cross-functional teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and automated frameworks
  • Strong business knowledge relevant to Services functions
  • Excellent command of relevant data sets and databases
  • Strong technical orientation with experience in product management collaboration and third-party system configuration
  • Generalist mentality with a well-rounded skill set
  • Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels
