Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Process Excellence & Standardization:

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline HR processes.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to maintain operational integrity.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and trust among team members.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights on workforce trends and service performance.

Scaling up & Operational Efficiency:

  • Lead the strategic scaling of GBS operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models.
