Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Management Specialist to join our Live Entertainment team at Paytm Insider. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end client services and project management for live entertainment events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run all operations for the project/event, end to end.
  • Leading system configuration and testing and tracking project timelines.
  • Manage and support all client communications.
  • Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives and work towards fulfilling them.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams for smooth functioning of the project.
  • Collate and send reports internally and to clients.
  • Project kick-off and internal team meetings for planning and execution of project

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Management and Servicing & Project Management within live entertainment.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate complicated processes with various teams and be highly organized.
  • Good with number crunching and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and resourcefulness.
  • Able to independently manage multiple projects and a team simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help out wherever necessary.
