Growth Lead Job Description:

We are expanding our team to build AI that helps traders make informed decisions through natural conversation. To achieve this, we need a talented individual to lead our user acquisition and community building efforts.

This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for driving user growth from first contact to active usage. This includes being present in key trading communities, building genuine relationships, and creating a community around our product.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish Presence - Become an active, trusted member of platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
  • User Acquisition - Identify and convert potential users through personalized outreach and demos.
  • Develop Partnerships - Build relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms.
  • Personalized Onboarding - Ensure new users understand and actively use the product.
  • Community Building - Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement.
  • Growth Experiments - Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works.
  • Metrics Ownership - Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem.
  • Has a proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.
  • Has experience building or managing communities (1000+ members).
  • Is comfortable with both digital and in-person engagement.
  • Can conduct product demonstrations effectively.
  • Has an analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong network within trading communities.
  • Personal trading or investment experience.
  • Content creation capabilities.
  • Early-stage startup experience.
