Job Title: Product Support Associate

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting platform users by addressing their queries and concerns via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience for authors.

  • Educate users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options.
  • Gather insights from users on their experience, identifying areas needing improvement.
  • Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly. Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) is also required. Additionally, you should possess a customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed.
