Job Title: User Insight Specialist

As a critical member of our team, the User Insight Specialist will be responsible for uncovering user needs and behaviors through various research methods. This position requires strong analytical skills to translate gathered data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth user research using techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns in user behavior and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure user-centric decision making throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in a variety of research tools and software (e.g., usability testing platforms, survey tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
