Effective Communication Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Effective Communication Support Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication, speech, and language skills.

  • A comprehensive assessment of speech, language, and communication needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language development using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and families to ensure seamless progress and address feeding and swallowing concerns as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience. They should also be able to think creatively and adapt to changing situations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with children who have speech delays, ASD, or related conditions is highly preferred.
  • Empathy, patience, and creative therapy approaches are essential for success in this role.
