Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of our network and cloud infrastructure support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, fostering technical growth, and delivering high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for process improvement and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and service delivery across platforms.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive the implementation of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring systems and patching processes.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at different levels – direct-reports, peers, and executives.
Qualifications
  • University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business, and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
  • General Experience of Cloud technologies (eg Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (eg Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass) is an asset.
