Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee the management of enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and service availability.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards. They will also be responsible for monitoring systems performance, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and driving efficiency through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw the operation of servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Managed incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilized ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Developed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conducted root cause analysis for critical incidents and implemented corrective actions.
  • Trained and mentored junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.

Requirements:
