
Business Development Manager

The objective of this role is to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones, focusing on medium to large-sized enterprises and infrastructure companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing new clients for various bank products
- Relationship management for medium to large-sized corporates and infrastructure companies
- Experience in handling clients with a turnover of over 25 crores and an average lending ticket size of Rs 10 crores
- Familiarity with diverse commercial assets, including construction equipment, commercial vehicles, used CVs, used cars, LCVs, cash credit, overdraft limits, project funding for EPC projects, term loans, foreign currency term loans, working capital, and equipment plant and machinery purchases, bank guarantees, trade products, LC limits for import and domestic purchases, bill discounting limits, both LC-backed and BOE-backed, and buyers' credit limits
The ideal candidate should have experience in small-size commercial LAP mortgage business, knowledge of various CE assets, and local market understanding. They should also be young and dynamic with expertise in dealing with retail, SME, and corporate clients.
