Position: Business Development Manager Location: Thane, Maharashtra Qualification: Diploma (Engineering preferred) Experience: 2–5 Years Industry Preference: Renewable Energy (Minimum 2 Years in Wind Energy sector is mandatory)Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Wind Energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the renewable energy market. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wind energy sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with internal teams for proposal preparation and project execution.
Meet sales targets and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting. Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in the Wind Energy segment is essential. Proven track record in sales or business development in the renewable energy industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related field). Familiarity with government regulations, subsidies, and tendering processes in renewable energy.
