Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, inbound, and outbound calling to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Acquire new clients and bring business opportunities in IT Staffing, Non-IT Staffing, and SAP Requirements.
  • Work on end-to-end client acquisition and business development cycle.
  • Achieve targets by converting leads into business deals.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Ability to handle staffing requirements (IT, Non-IT, SAP).
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
