Spearheading Infrastructure Development

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to spearhead on-site projects and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have the expertise to oversee site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution and delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead On-Site Projects: Oversee complex infrastructure development projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Project Management: Supervise site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that all projects meet the required standards.
  • Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Reporting and Review: Prepare and review progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Civil Project Execution
  • Excellent Team Management, Labor Coordination, and Leadership Skills
  • Proficient in Project Planning Tools, Excel, and MS Office
  • Strong English Communication (Verbal & Written)
  • Willingness to Travel for Site and Project-Related Activities
