Senior Risk Management Role

This is a critical position responsible for overseeing loan portfolios and identifying potential credit risk indicators.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to enhance credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Develop and maintain robust credit risk frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for senior management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy and balanced loan book.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
