Job Title: Immigration Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to play a key role in assisting our attorneys with employment-based immigration law cases.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit high-volume NIV/IV cases, focusing on NIWs, O-1s, EB-1As, and H-1Bs.
  • Manage a large caseload independently while collaborating with teams to ensure efficiency and exceptional quality.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report to legal teams regarding case progression and status.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Display strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and identify and rectify delays.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform consistent case tracking and management according to firm policies.

The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A minimum of three years of immigration experience, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As, is required. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are highly valued.

This is a remote position with competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
