
Strategic Vendor Partnerships Executive

A seasoned Vendor Manager is required to oversee and manage vendor relationships, drive recruiting efficiency, and ensure compliance across all staffing engagements.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of recruiting expertise, vendor management skills, and a deep understanding of immigration processes (specifically H1B).
Key Responsibilities- Manage and build strong relationships with 3rd party vendors to support staffing needs.
- Leverage prior full desk recruiting experience to understand client requirements and effectively collaborate with vendors.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with immigration processes, particularly the H1B program, throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Lead contract negotiation with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and service-level agreements.
- 5+ years of US Staffing experience, with proven success in recruiting and vendor management.
- Prior experience as a Full Desk Recruiter (client acquisition + recruitment delivery).
- Strong knowledge of H1B and US immigration processes related to staffing.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and managing vendor relationships.
- Proven contract negotiation skills with vendors and clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vendors, requisitions, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in managing vendor programs within MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments.
