Compensation and Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled compensation and benefits expert to join our team in an esteemed organization. This role involves compensation and benefits management, ensuring our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well-maintained.
This is an opportunity for professionals up to Manager level with relevant experience and expertise.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
- Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
- Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.
Requirements:
- 2-7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
- Candidates from Top Tier Institutes are preferred.
- Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
- Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
