Are you a seasoned expert in compensation and benefits looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation structures that attract and retain top talent, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Analyze market data to determine competitive salary ranges and benefit packages
  • Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop and implement benefits strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
\

What You'll Do:

\
  • Monitor the organization's compensation structure and maintain balance between compliance, control of costs, and attracting and retaining staff
  • Research and analyze market data to use for developing compensation structures
  • Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and the development of a truly global Fiserv HR organization delivering clients and communities
  • Undertake job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so

Responsibilities:

  • May prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors
  • Responsible for timely completion of appraisal cycle/revision cycle
  • Drive wellbeing and Benefits/rewards operations professionals to enable the development and successful implementation of Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs
