Oracle Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

This position requires a deep understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Oracle certification preferred but not required.
