Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Utilities expert to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for the utility industry. As an Oracle Utilities architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

About the Role

  • You will have expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture.
  • Field Service Integration with MWM or external FSM platforms.
  • Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems.
  • Meter-to-cash (M2C) processes, including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.
  • Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT.
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows via SGG or custom adapters.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications.
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques.

Leadership and Communication Skills

  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills both technically and business-facing.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops.
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery.
