Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical/functional or techno-functional consulting with excellent communication and expertise in various HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS is required.
  • The candidate should know process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • HCM functional consultant should have experience in any 3 modules.
  • The candidate should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is desired.
  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud is required.
  • Strong knowledge on SQL, Data Migration, and Customization is required.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5-18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant.
  2. Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
  3. Knowledge of process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  4. Experience in at least 3 HCM modules.
  5. Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
