Job Title: Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

As a seasoned compensation and benefits specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing tailored compensation and benefits solutions for our clients. Your expertise will enable you to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of total rewards design principles, with a strong business acumen and analytical skills. You will be responsible for conducting annual compensation cycles, engaging with benefits vendors, and providing expert consulting advice to established clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits solutions that align with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and trends analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits design, implementation, and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of compensation and benefits services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, with a mix of consulting and field C&B experience.
  • Strong understanding of total rewards design principles and their application.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • University degree in HR or related field, with a Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies.
