Job Title: Benefits Configuration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows. Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas is essential. Additionally, experience with IEEE framework, UAT support, and Agile practices is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering benefits processes and integrations seamlessly.
