Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 technical support specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, as well as proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to customers.
  • Resolving complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS R12.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 features and functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
