Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Total Reward Expert to join our team.

This is a key role that will lead the development and implementation of total reward strategies across the business, driving outstanding business performance and delivering differentiated individual outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of total reward concepts, including sales incentive plans, base pay design, incentive design, job evaluation and grading, recognition, benefits, performance management, executive reward, and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement total reward strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead effective change across all elements of total reward, ensuring seamless transition and adoption.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and advising on total reward matters.
  • Manage pension, compensation, and benefit plans, ensuring risk management and reporting requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading effective change and implementing total reward strategies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of total reward concepts, including sales incentive plans, base pay design, incentive design, job evaluation and grading, recognition, benefits, performance management, executive reward, and benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and advise at all levels.
