Lateral Flow Assay Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) specialist to join our team. As an LFA specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing LFA assays for various applications.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in hands-on experience with nanoparticle bioconjugation, including fabrication, characterization, and stability assessment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize LFA assays from conception to validation.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with nanoparticle bioconjugation, including fabrication, characterization, and stability assessment.
  • Troubleshoot complex LFA performance issues and optimize assay performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless LFA manufacturing and process scale-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory guidelines and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Analytical Chemistry, or closely related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct LFA development experience in academia, IVD, or medical device industry.
  • Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
