Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of ecommerce strategies, managing platform optimization, sales growth, and performance analysis. Strong inventory control, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and logistics skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ecommerce Platform Management: Ensure smooth functionality, user-friendly navigation, and engaging customer experiences on our ecommerce website.
  2. Sales Growth and Performance Analysis: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value by analyzing website metrics and sales data.
  3. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to strategize campaigns, SEO, PPC, social media, and influencer marketing.

Requirements

  1. Leadership and Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to align business goals.
  3. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce and operations functions.
  4. Market Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for growth in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Ecommerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and operations management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
  • Expertise in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
