Role Overview:

We require a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling ecommerce businesses, streamlining operations, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our ecommerce website, developing strategies to increase online sales, and optimizing logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Management:
  • Platform Oversight: Ensure smooth functionality, user-friendly navigation, and engaging customer experiences.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to strategize campaigns, SEO, PPC, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze website metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Operations Management:
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring product availability and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate processing, packaging, and delivery of orders.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships and ensure the quality and timely supply of materials/products.
  • Logistics: Optimize shipping and return processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
Strategic Leadership:
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to align business goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce and operations functions.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for growth in domestic and international markets.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Management, Ecommerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in ecommerce and operations management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
  • Ecommerce Platforms: Expertise in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc., and analytics tools.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
