Job Description:

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, as well as coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and formatting documents using Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent level of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
