- Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Document and escalate complex problems for resolution.
- Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Japanese Language, Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong understanding of IT service desk operations.
- Experience in incident management and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework for service delivery.
- 15 years full-time education is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
