Experience Required: 7+ years
#We’re looking for someone who can lead and manage talent programs across the company. This includes handling global onboarding, running strategic projects, and designing programs that help employees grow. This is a senior role—not a training coordinator or process trainer.
✅ Global Onboarding: Own the full onboarding experience for new hires worldwide. Program & Project Management: Plan and run talent-related projects. Work with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
Talent Development: Help design and manage programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and career paths.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, business leaders, and global teams to align programs with company goals.
#7+ years of experience in facilitation, onboarding, talent development, and project management
~ Experience working with global teams
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
~ Not from a background in training delivery, coordination, or process training
#Have worked mainly as a training coordinator or process trainer
