Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning content, conducting research and analysis, and providing expert support to senior leadership teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data sets and reports
  • Self-starting individual who can work independently post-training
  • Understanding of knowledge management practices, with the ability to curate content from various sources
  • Primary research/interviewing skills, with experience of interviewing senior executives
