Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tendering strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and sales teams to gather necessary information for tenders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare, review, and submit high-quality proposals and tenders, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are adequately addressed.
  • Maintain relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.

Requirements:

  • A degree with 8-15 years of experience in tender management and bids.
  • Experience in tender management or cost estimation, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or fly ash industries.
  • Proficiency in tendering software and tools for costing and bid management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in financial modeling and project costing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
