Job Description:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst - Tendering and Projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the sales team understands and follows the process of Opportunity management in Salesforce & Digital Tools. You will provide analytics and insights required by the Marketing, Sales, and tendering team.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. You will be involved in ensuring the sales team understands and follows the process of Opportunity management in Salesforce & Digital Tools.
  2. You will provide the necessary analytics and insights as required by the Marketing, Sales, and tendering team.
  3. You will drive the Sales team in capturing correct data in system in salesforce and ensure that Sales Specialists follow the correct processes for the recurring opportunities.
  4. You will take proper actions to follow-up the sales responsible and maintaining the data quality on the created opportunities.
  5. You will coordinate data collection for HBU SFDC views & reporting in the respective tools liaising with local M&S Managers, ensure PowerBI data set freeze in alignment with HBU M&S Management.
  6. You will maintain and develop Dashboard linked to Power BI and SFDC which needs to be maintained, upgraded from time to time and Data Quality to be checked constantly.
  7. You will prepare Reports as follows: Support Weekly Flash reporting on opportunities Won & Lost (in coordination with SFDC and the OP M&S) Support the preparation of the Bi-weekly meeting MoM and reports.
  8. You will support preparation of Monthly HBU reports & interface between HBU sales team & the INOPC software team for the development & maintenance of the above tools & dashboard. Knowledge of Power BI adds value to this profile Coordinate with all the Sales & Tendering stakeholders, OU & INOPC Tendering Stakeholders.
  9. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards (including but not limited Salesforce.com reports and Dashboards) for the Market area.

Your Background:

  1. Anny Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in knowledge in High Voltage Grid tendering and project engineering activities (technical & commercial).
  2. You should have knowledge of Hitachi Energy Products & System offerings.
  3. Experience and skill to prepare and support Bid & Sales Process.
  4. Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint skills.
  5. You are an individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area to execute complex or specialized activities / challenges often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions.
  6. You are excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
  7. SFDC/Power BI experience would be beneficial.
  8. Excellent English speaker, good communication skills.
  9. You are dynamic and proactive, willing to grow in the organization. High level of ownership.

Estimated Salary:

Rupee 7,50,000 - Rupee 9,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
