Job Purpose:

We seek a dynamic professional to lead business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients for group insurance broking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
  • New Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities; drive performance and market penetration.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.

Our ideal candidate possesses 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role. A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Insurance, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant certifications.

The successful candidate will possess strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
