HR Tech Specialist

This challenging role requires hands-on experience in setting up Workday Questionnaires, Job Requisitions, and configuring Job Posting Templates, Career Sites, and Job Applications Business Processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing Workday Questionnaires, Job Requisitions, and Job Posting Templates
- Configuring Job Applications Business Process and identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements
- Functional experience in multiple HR processes like Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and Talent Management
- Performing HRIS operational duties for Workday HCM, Absence Module, and Recruiting
- Leading Workday Payroll projects, including strategy, implementation, and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation and management
- Total 10-15 years of work experience with team handling experience
- Workday Payroll certification preferred
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
