A Tech Content Specialist is required to join our team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing user-facing documentation including help articles, release notes, and product guides.

Job Description

The Tech Content Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing online help content, release notes, FAQs, and user guides. They will also build and maintain layouts and templates in Zendesk, ensuring consistency and usability.

The specialist will translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and user-friendly documentation. They will collaborate with UI designers to fine-tune HTML5 CSS templates and layouts, and engage with SEO teams to ensure documentation is searchable and optimized.

The Tech Content Specialist will work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to gather information and filter relevant updates. They will maintain deep knowledge of product features and industry-specific use cases, and respond to queries and feedback from users.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 6 years of experience in tech content creation, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk, including layout and template customization.
  • Strong command of HTML5 and CSS.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience creating structured, engaging, and accessible documentation.
  • Technical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
