Job Title: Human Resources Automation Specialist
Description:This is a pivotal role in which the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR technology and automation projects with minimal supervision. The successful applicant will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and stakeholder management abilities.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements as the primary point of contact.
- Oversight of daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Conducting comprehensive HR technology audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
- Liaising with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
- Leading the implementation of new system enhancements and ensuring adoption by HR and employees.
- Maintaining and optimizing HR systems such as Zing HR, TurboHire, and other platforms to meet organizational needs.
- Collaboration with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
- Monitoring system performance, creating HR dashboards, and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Training HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.
- Staying up-to-date on emerging HR technology trends to recommend future-ready solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferably with an HR tech/automation background).
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Technology/Human Resources Operations with hands-on system management expertise.
- Familiarity with Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
- Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively liaise across HR and technology functions.
