Job Description:
  • Process improvement and optimization are key objectives for this role. To achieve this, you will conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas requiring enhancement and develop strategies to implement improvements.
  • Effective process design and implementation are crucial to drive efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing process optimization strategies to meet these goals.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions that ensure seamless execution and minimize errors.
  • Process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, require close monitoring and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will develop strategies to meet or exceed targets and provide technical support to resolve process-related issues.
  • Implementing process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, is critical to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation. Your expertise in SPC will enable the development of robust control measures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Technical support and troubleshooting expertise are vital to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Your ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions will be highly valued.
  • Leading process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation, requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive root cause analysis to identify and address any deviations.
