Job Description

Integrated Services and Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Test and Measuring Instruments (TMI) business in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets.
  • Identify and create new market opportunities, build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers, and help with talent acquisition and mentorship.
  • Strategically interface with principal partners, propose business plans, build forecasts, and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Own committed target numbers, handle key accounts, achieve sales, and maintain healthy business relationships with principal representatives in India.
  • Drive marketing campaigns, identify suitable marketing forums, propose marketing budgets, and plan and execute marketing plans.
  • Interface and work seamlessly with dedicated technical support managers to achieve product portfolio objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years' of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the test and measuring instrument industry.
  • Knowledge of TMI equipment and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
