We seek a skilled Legal Professional with experience in the real estate sector to oversee contracts, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and safeguard our legal interests across all operations.

  • Drafting & Contract Management: Ensure that contracts align with company objectives and regulations, and effectively manage clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Guarantee adherence to laws, regulations, and building codes to maintain a secure business environment.
  • Risk Resolution & Dispute Management: Identify and resolve potential risks or disputes promptly, providing effective solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard intellectual property, including designs and trademarks, to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Legal Advice & Support: Provide expert legal guidance to internal teams and support informed decision-making processes.
  • External Counsel Liaison: Effectively communicate and collaborate with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies to streamline business operations.
  • Notice Preparation: Prepare and dispatch legal notices when required, ensuring prompt action and adherence to regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts.

This role requires an adaptable and strategic thinker who can balance stakeholder needs while maintaining a keen eye on regulatory requirements.
