**Contract Professional**

This pivotal role is crucial in overseeing all pre and post-contract activities related to our residential luxury villa projects. We are seeking an experienced contract manager to lead project initiatives, manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure contract drafting, review and management guarantee operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Lead project management initiatives to deliver projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners through effective vendor development processes.
  • Conduct rate analysis and negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, contractors and suppliers.
  • Supervise financial accuracy across projects by budgeting, cost analysis and comprehensive reporting.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in contracts management, project management and vendor development in the real estate sector.
  • Expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as required based on project demands.
