Job Title: Project Contract Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced contract professional to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all claim-related matters are addressed in a chronological order.
  • Familiarize yourself with the employer's requirements based on the contract, Conditions of Contract, and project schedule.
  • Identify changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, and notify the employer in a timely manner.
  • Track submitted claims, prepare contractual justification, and substantiate contractor's claims.
  • Prepare contractual reply/request to the employer for claim approval.
  • Prepare claim documents and detailed claim statements for submission to DAAB.
  • Presentation of claim details from start to present status to the advocate for dispute resolution.
  • Update claim status to RO/HO and coordinate with the project team to gather required information.
  • Prepare comprehensive EOT application, substantiate with records, and assist the project team in presenting to the employer.
  • Ensure all project claims are substantiated with Contract entitlements according to Conditions of Clause.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
