We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of People Operations to lead our global HR team.

About the Role

The Vice President of People Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives and collaborating with senior leaders to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

  • Lead the design and delivery of HR programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to inform business decisions and develop HR solutions that meet business needs.
Key Requirements

  • 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience with exposure to global people operations.

  • Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, culture transformation.

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a Tier 1 institution preferred.

  • Certification in Digital HR, HR Analytics, or Change Management desirable.
