Business Development Strategist

At FNP, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Strategist to drive growth and innovation in our e-commerce landscape. With a strong background in strategy consulting and exceptional problem-solving skills, you will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive competitive advantage.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and be able to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business health and performance. You will identify areas for improvement and optimization across various functions, such as marketing, operations, logistics, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the company's long-term vision, goals, and strategic priorities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Business Analysis: Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to assess business performance. Identify areas for improvement and optimization across various functions.
- Strategic Projects: Lead strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, including market entry strategies, product launches, pricing optimization, and partnership development.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
