Job Description
The Business Development Strategist will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new markets for expansion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans that meet business objectives.
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
