Business Development Opportunity

At DigitalTek Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern.

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying prospective clients across various industries.
  • Assisting in outreach campaigns, including emails and calls, to generate new business leads.
  • Supporting proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate client and lead data.
  • Tracking business development activities and preparing reports on pipeline progress.
  • Collaborating with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in the HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
