Administrative Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team in the digital marketing space.
This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting HR and finance operations, assisting the management team, handling client communication, and contributing to social media and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Department Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal departments for seamless operations.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Onboarding Activities: Support new employees during the onboarding process.
- HR Tasks: Handle HR tasks such as attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
- Finance Assistance: Assist with basic finance tasks like billing, invoicing, and petty cash.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and budget tracking.
- Scheduling Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in social media planning and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Social Media Marketing: Basic knowledge of social media marketing platforms.
- Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Demonstrate organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- HR and Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes.
- Basic Finance Understanding: Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
