Internal Auditor Role DescriptionJob Title: Internal Auditor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Internal Auditor.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in audit coordination, data analysis, and IT management.

  • Coordinate internal audits, develop checklists, and issue bi-annual audit circulars.
  • Review internal audit reports and escalate findings for disciplinary action.
  • Compose meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up letters.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to address member queries and coordinate penalty debits.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources for member evaluation purposes.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and identify high-risk or financially strained members.

 

Limited Purpose Inspections (LPI):
  • Scope and monitor LPIs based on risk triggers.
  • Review reports from regional offices and share findings with regulatory bodies when necessary.

 

IT Coordination:
  • Communicate with the IT department regarding system enhancements and UAT testing.
  • Ensure accurate release of updates in the live environment.
  • Coordinate BCP activities across regional offices.

 

Regulatory & Process Management:
  • Drive process improvements and submit updates to the business excellence team.
  • Respond to regulatory and member compliance inquiries and maintain relevant records.
  • Manage investor awareness campaigns using UCC data.
